Refund policy We have a 7-day return policy(for COD ORDER ONLY), which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return,(applicable for failed transaction only)
Remember- Customer Have to pay 199 Rupees In advance and after we will refund 50% amount of product If they want to return or replacement the product, for delivery charges, balance amount will refund to customers bank account within 7 days after receiving the goods in our warehouse
EXAMPLE- If product price is 1500, and customer wants refund in any situation, customer have to pay 199 Rs in advance for security of our product, and for both side courier charges, handling charges and taxes, we do offer 50 % refund on every COD order , we refund 750 rupees to customers account, because of courier unavailability for reverse pickup almost many times we are not able to pickup our product from customers side,
NOTE- FOR COD ORDERS IF YOU WANT TO RETURN OR YOU HAVE TO PAY 199 RS IN ADVANCE, And after we will refund 50 % of product amount within 72 hrs.,remember PREPAID Order is non refundable in any situation
Also note that for any return or replacement issues customer must provide unboxing video to our customer care mail id
